Required documents to open and activate new individual online trading account
Valid copy of the following documents
- Civil ID for Kuwaiti clients
- Civil ID and Passport for non-Kuwaiti residents; Passport for non-residents in addition to a copy attested by specialized authorities in country of origin; Fill and sign Account Opening Form
- To activate the account, deposit the minimum required amount to open an account (KD 1000) or its equivalent in other currencies or by depositing shares of the same value

Corporate Account
Required documents to open and activate new corporate online trading account
Valid copy of the following documents
- Articles of Association; Memorandum of Association and its amendments (if any)
- Commercial Register; Company License
- Company Civil ID number issued by The Public Authority for Civil Information
- Board Members certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
- Authorised signatories on behalf of the Company certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
- Authorised signatories on behalf of the Company attested by any local bank
- Authorised signatories fill and sign Account Opening Form
- To activate the account, deposit the minimum required amount to open an account (KD 1000) or its equivalent in other currencies or by depositing shares of the same value
