The Registered members and Customers have to logon to access the benefits provided to them. The logon has to be done using the User Id and password chosen by them while registering/ account opening.
Forgot Password- Customer
In the case of the customer having forgot his password, he can have a new password delivered to him by KMEFIC either through email or sealed envelope. The customers have the following options of the processes for recovering his password.
Option 1:
System displays a screen where all the required information can be entered and print out can be taken. Customers have to sign the printed letter and send it across to KMEFIC.
Option 2:
Customer can ask KMEFIC help desk to send a form. The customers have to fill the form, sign it and send across to KMEFIC.
Option 3:
Customer can send a hand written or typed letter to KMEFIC providing the required information with signature.
On receipt of the signed document and necessary verification, the system generates a new password and has it delivered to the customer through his choice of delivery medium. The customers would then have to send a signed acknowledgement back to KMEFIC, only after which their accounts would be activated.
In case of corporate account, the letter needs to be signed by the Authorized signatory on behalf of the User who has forgotten/lost his Password.

In the case of the customer having forgot his trading PIN, he can have a new trading PIN delivered to him by KMEFIC either through email or sealed envelope. The customers have the following options of the processes for recovering his trading PIN.
Option 1:
System displays a screen where all the required information can be entered and print out can be taken. Customer has to sign the printed letter and send it across to KMEFIC.
Option 2:
