The feature enables the investor to view his Account Performance over a specified period of time.The customers have to be logged on using their User ID and Password to access this feature. In case they are not logged on the system would prompt them to log on before accessing this feature.
The customers can choose the period for which they want to view the performance of their account, from the drop-down menu provided to them for the from and to date and click the show button provided on the screen.
The account performance table provides them with following details:-
- Total value of the account on the : This is the sum of the cash and the value of the stock, held by the investor at the beginning of the month selected by him from the From drop-down menu.
- Total value of the account on the : This is the sum of the cash and the value of the stock, held by the investor at the end of the month selected by him from the To drop-down menu.
- The additional cash introduced into the account by the investors during the period.
- The capital withdrawn by the investor from their account during the period specified by them.
- The capital appreciation/ depreciation in the value of the account holding that has occurred during the specified period
- The average capital that has been invested by the customer
- The return on the average capital invested, that the customers have had from this trading account.
Profit & Loss - Realized
The Profit and Loss - Realized table tells the investors whether they have made a profit or loss on the stocks that they have sold.The customers have to be logged on using their User ID and Password to access this feature. In case they are not logged on, the system would prompt them to log on before accessing this feature.
By default the system displays up to 20 entries of the most recently traded stocks. They can query based on the date range, for the date the stock has been sold or based on the ticker symbol for a particular stock.
The date range can be selected from From and To drop-down menu provided, while the stock symbol can be selected from the stock symbol drop-down menu, which contains the ticker symbols of all the stocks in which the customers have transacted.
The Customers can use any of the options or a combination of options to query for the stcoks in the Profit and Loss table.
In case there are more than 20 records available for any query, the customers can navigate between pages using the next page and previous page buttons provided to them on the screen.
Profit & Loss - Unrealized
The Profit and Loss - Unrealized lets the investors gauge the profit or loss they would have made if they sell a particular stock in their portfolio at the current market value.The customers have to be logged on using their User ID and Password to access this feature. In case they are not logged on the system would prompt them to log on before accessing this feature.
In case there are more than 20 records available in the customers account, the customers are provided the entries of the first 20 ticker symbols only, sorted in the alphabetical order and they can navigate between pages using the next page andprevious page buttons provided to them on the screen, for further entries.
